How Could I Be Bold When I Am Stressed, Worried and Afraid?

You may have heard of EFT Tapping before, seen it on TV or felt its percussions rippling through the web. Today it has become a staple in many health practitioners’ clinic and for a good reason: It is a powerful transformational technique, yet works in a gentle way for many ailments, either physical or emotional, often in no more than 1 or 2 sessions. You will get your mojo back in no time!

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and was developed by Gary Craig, a former  Stanford engineer, in the early 90’s. I’ve used it in my practice since 2007  with countless beautiful and humbling results.

How would EFT sessions benefit me?

Bold Birthing is built around my core belief that your ability to be relaxed (aka having a nicely toned Vagus nerve – another Blog post) is vital for the best possible birth outcome. Less tension, worries and fear results in physical and emotional relaxation, which leads to an easier and faster birth.

In  an EFT session we’ll look at anything that possibly could keep you anxious, tense or worried. Through several tapping sequences the emotional charge of negative feelings and beliefs will be transformed into into feelings of confident, calm and resilient.
